We are excited to announce the formation of the latest Interstate Ghost Riders Chapter. Situated in sunny Queensland the new chapter will be led by Richard Dodd. Richard is an experienced cyclist who has participated in a larhge number of short and long rides, both in Australia and overseas. Earlier this year Richard and his partner Jenny completed our Great China Ride to Tiger Leaping Gorge in Yunnan Province. They are now looking for like minded people to form a group to join them in a variety of cycling adventures.
The aim of the group will be to have fun, while at the same time extending our riders to achieve their personal best. It is planned to run a variety of rides to cater for riders of differing degrees of fitness, however initial rides will probably be in the order of 40 to 70 km in length, and may be either on cycle paths or quiet roads. As the group grows we may add more challenging rides as the need arises.
Riders who participate in our rides will also be elgible to join with Ghost Riders from other states to perticipate in our regular overseas cycling adventures.
